I’m Hayden Zimmerman, the proud owner of A Events Inc.

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

During four formidable years at University, I began to wrestle and enjoyed the competitive atmosphere of the sport. It taught me many life lessons, and I felt that I could one day transfer these traits to enhance my career.

Once I graduated, I took up an entry-level marketing position as I loved empowering people to reach their full potential. I also wanted to help businesses hit their targets and become successful at attracting audiences.

After tasting initial success, I decided to start a marketing agency of my own, so that I could use my full repertoire of skills to conceptualize bespoke marketing collateral that would result in brand awareness and customer loyalty.

Since inception eighteen months ago, my firm has grown steadily and is operating in four new markets. I’m also currently in the process of collaborating with three big clients, which is exciting.

I believe what sets me apart from the others is that I come into the office every day with a positive attitude and with a mindset to solve clients’ problems. I’m passionate about creating a buzz, and I’m always looking for ways to push the envelope.

My hard-working ethic has built up my integrity and allowed the enterprise to excel. I also attribute my achievements to my incredible team, who provide excellent support. Most of them are young enthusiastic go-getters that bring a fresh perspective and innovative ideas to the table.

I believe in the slogan, ‘hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard,’ and it’s something that I’ve inculcated into my team. I also tell my staff members that whatever they do, they should enjoy it.

I recently promoted one of my more experienced employees to the role of director, which gave me immense satisfaction, as it meant that I was able to create a culture of growth with the company.

When I am not crafting communications for clients, I enjoy discovering new restaurants, traveling, and attending sporting events. The Kentucky Derby was terrific.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
